Direct links

Hello there!

This post will be on top of all my other posts so that it’ll be easier for new readers.

If you’re interested to know more about my story, here are some links.
Be sure to read my first few entries in Nov-Dec 2012. [my first Anti-NMDA experience] [my relapse] [raising awareness]

Through Facebook, I found Liz Molly from UK. She too is a survivor and has since done a ton to raise awareness! Here is a link to her blog. She has collaborated other links too. Do check them out if keen!

I found Ceri through Facebook too. She is from UK as well. She has informative stuff on NMDA on her blog so do spend some time visiting her site!

Alright, I hope this helps!

Hi, I am so glad to have found your blog through my broken
My husband has recently been diagnosed with Nmda encephalitis, which I believe was also caused by his original condition- hsv1 encephalitis. He is currently seeking treatment at TTSH and I would really like to join the local FB support group to find out more about how I may help him through this difficult ordeal. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello. Glad you have found my blog! I’m more than happy to help you and your family get through this battle. If you must know, nmda occurs in multiple stages. It is great that he is already receiving treatment at ttsh. I took about 2 years to completely recover. I am now on a very low dosage of the immunosuppressant ‘Azathioprine’. If I may ask, how long has your husband been hospitalised?
